When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Interior Craft House reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests once an order has entered processing. If we do not accept, or if we change or cancel, an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and, where applicable, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 18).

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Worldwide Shipping and Delivery

We ship to destinations worldwide. Depending on the product and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled from one of a number of locations, and where an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Delivery times shown at checkout or in product listings are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local courier networks, weather, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues.

International orders and customs. If your order is shipped outside Australia, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by your local government, are your responsibility, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost you pay us. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you want to understand these costs in advance. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including any import restrictions.

Once products are handed to the carrier for delivery, risk of loss passes to you, without affecting any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Section 5 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, duties, shipping, or handling charges, which will be calculated and disclosed (where possible) before you complete checkout.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels. From time to time, we may offer promotions governed by terms separate from these Terms; if there is a conflict, the promotion's terms will govern.

You represent and warrant that: (i) any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your card issuer or payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes and duties.

Our Services — including all trademarks, brand elements, text, images, graphics, product photography, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these — are owned by Interior Craft House, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Interior Craft House's name, logo, and any related product or service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks or those of our affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Interior Craft House is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Interior Craft House. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Interior Craft House, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Interior Craft House.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to the Feedback you submit; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation you received in connection with it; and (iii) it complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it, and we may (but are not required to) monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any third party's rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene content, or malicious code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any Feedback you submit.

Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information at any time, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted — though where an order has already been dispatched, your rights under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law continue to apply.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You also agree not to: upload viruses or malicious code; reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without authorization; collect or track the personal information of others; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools (including AI agents) to access the Services other than in accordance with Section 14 below; or interfere with or bypass security or access-control measures we employ. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

Section 14 — Automated Agents

This section applies if you use, enable, or cause the deployment of an "Agent" — any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf to access or interact with the Services.

An Agent may only access the Services if, at all times, it: (i) identifies itself as an Agent in the user agent string of any HTTP/HTTPS request (e.g., "Agent/[agent name]"); (ii) does not conceal that it is an Agent, including by mimicking human behavior or bypassing CAPTCHAs; (iii) responds truthfully to any prompt asking whether an interaction is from a human or a computer; and (iv) does not circumvent any measure we use to control how Agents access the Services. We may block or restrict Agent access at any time, including where we have requested that a particular Agent refrain from accessing the Services.

Section 15 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without notice, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.

Section 16 — Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or any equivalent mandatory consumer protection law in your own country of residence, to the extent it applies to your purchase. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the refund of the purchase price.

If you are an international customer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your own country. These Terms are not intended to reduce any such rights, and where a provision of these Terms would otherwise conflict with a mandatory protection you're entitled to, the mandatory protection applies instead.

Subject always to Section 16 (Consumer Guarantees), and except as expressly stated by us, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or conditions of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Section 18 — Limitation of Liability

Subject always to Section 16 (Consumer Guarantees), and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Craft House, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors — and those of Shopify — will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential loss or damage, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services or any product procured through them, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited as set out in Section 16.

Section 19 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interior Craft House, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your access to or use of the Services — except to the extent caused by our own breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent. You agree to cooperate with our defense of any indemnified claim.

Section 20 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 21 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written (including earlier versions of these Terms).

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 22 — Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent; any such attempt is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.

Section 23 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, for any dispute arising from these Terms. This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts under mandatory consumer protection law in your own country of residence, where such a right applies.

Headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect their meaning.

Section 25 — Changes to These Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the updated version to our website, and it is your responsibility to check the site periodically. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes; such changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
