What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with parts missing. Once your order has been fulfilled, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — if you need to change or cancel your order, contact us before it's fulfilled.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what happens?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue. Once approved, you can choose a full refund, store credit, or a replacement of the same item — whatever suits the situation best.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
No — we don't offer direct exchanges for a different product. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and you'd prefer an exchange over a refund, we'll send a replacement of the same item you originally ordered. If you simply want something different, you're welcome to place a new order.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Once your order has been fulfilled, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only do this before your order has been fulfilled.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@interiorcrafthouse.com with your order number, your name, and a description of the issue (plus photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect). We'll send you return instructions if one's needed.
Is there a restocking fee?
No — there's no restocking fee on any return under this policy.
What items can't be returned?
Custom or personalized products, clearance/final sale items, gift cards, used or assembled products, and items damaged through misuse — unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return (where one's needed), please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Replacements and store credit are processed once your return is approved.
